Marion Hébrard

Robert is a seasoned technology executive, most recently serving as AI Director at Meta where he helped lead the initial launch of the company’s AI foundational models to 100M+ users.  Throughout his career, he has driven multiple "zero-to-one" product launches at both unicorn startups and Fortune 500 companies, often with multi-billion-dollar budgets and several thousand-person teams.  Beyond his corporate leadership, he actively supports various startups as an advisor/investor and volunteers for organizations like Make-A-Wish.

In both his professional and personal endeavors, Robert has always held a strong belief that finding one's voice and using it to connect with others is among the most critical and transformative skills a person can develop for lifelong success.

Gavin Hone serves as the Vice President of Membership at New York Toastmasters, where he is dedicated to building a thriving community where members feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to grow. He believes that finding your voice is one of the most transformative skills a person can develop.

As a consultant, he brings a sharp eye for what motivates people. He is a firm believer that NYTM is a place where confidence is built and leaders are made.

Marion serves as the Club Treasurer. Originally from France and now based in New York City, she has built her career in product and strategy roles across finance and technology. Her professional background has given her a strong appreciation for detail and stewardship, which she brings to managing the club's finances.

Outside of work, Marion is a mother to a spirited young daughter and enjoys staying active through running, strength training, and Pilates. She also loves bringing people together and regularly hosts mahjong evenings with friends.

Toastmasters has played a meaningful role in Marion's growth as both a speaker and a leader. She is excited to give back as Treasurer and looks forward to supporting the club while connecting with fellow members.
